The Collective was formed and deidcated to the creative community of Seattle. Our founder observed many creatives who had innate talent to earn more with their skillsets than they could in the corporate world, but very few of them wanted to deal with the paperwork and hustle of owning a small business. The Collective aims to provide opportunities for creatives to grow their income, be a part of a creative community, and work on projects selectively as they fit their skillsets and personal values.
Tiger’s Eye is named after the metamorphic stone that changes in form over the course of time. It is a powerful stone that helps release anxiety and fear, and it brings harmony and balance. It is known to aid making decisions with discernment and understanding.
