Turning a summit into a studio for marketing’s top leaders
We partnered with KIND/RED at their first-ever in-person summit in Austin, Texas, which brought together a curated group of global marketing leaders. We set up a pop-up studio for executive headshots and captured video moments from their time together, giving the community something to look back on. Big expectations. Tiny amount of time.
We needed to deliver premium headshots for every attendee and capture video of their time together, all within a live, time-constrained summit. There was no room for error and very little physical room to work with. Everyone’s time was precious, so we had to stay a step ahead with clear, calm direction.

Built a production system that fit the moment
We designed a seamless flow that orchestrated creative direction, executive production, videography, photography, and editing as a single, real-time system.
Delivered premium, studio-quality headshots in minutes
We used a full lighting setup and provided clear, confident direction to an audience of high-profile individuals on tight schedules where there was no room for inefficiency.
Captured meaningful stories fast
We pulled meaningful stories out of participants through thoughtful prompts, confident interviewing, and insightful direction. This allowed us to capture personal perspectives and moments of growth that highlight the spirit of the community, requiring high-level editorial judgment and the experience to guide senior leaders without slowing the process down.
High-end video production and editing
This is where we shine. Our experienced team had a vision and we delivered a final output that felt intentional and that scales across audiences, extending the impact of the event well beyond the moment.
Efficiency without compromising quality
This is our primary differentiator—providing high throughput and premium storytelling simultaneously. This was observed in real time by senior marketing leaders who noted both the speed of execution and the exceptional level of quality delivered.

“I usually say, “You can’t make a first impression twice.” I expected one photographer, one camera, and a quick in-and-out. What I walked into was a full-on production with lighting and video. A space completely transformed and so on brand: warm, thoughtful, and welcoming. And when the photos showed up in my inbox this week, they included a handwritten note from Suzie. From the setup to the follow-up, the entire experience felt custom and special. It felt intentional.”
