Go-to-Market
The Situation

Meta Platforms turned to us to create a reviewer guide for the Meta Quest 3S, as part of their go-to-market launch campaign. Reviewers would get the guide along with the device to welcome them to the immersive experience they were jumping into.

The Challenge

Reviewers needed to quickly grasp the intricacies of the complex, virtual reality category.

The goal was to make sure that they understood and had fun with the latest features from their first interactions. Their vision of the Meta Quest 3S would shape how the product story would be introduced, understood, and evaluated at launch.

What We Did

Designed for First-Time Experience

We started with the idea that many users would be new to VR and mixed reality. The structure puts the benefits and possibilities first, then moves into understanding the product, and finally covers setup and usage. The goal was immediate engagement, reducing any potential difficulty, and speeding up how fast reviewers understood the product.

Built for Scan & Depth

The guide had to work for two different kinds of users: skimmers who just needed a quick overview, and deep readers who were doing a full product evaluation. We used modular sections, a clear hierarchy, and cohesive visuals, all wrapped up in use cases for entertainment, fitness, and productivity.

What We Accomplished Together

We made sure the launch got the reviewers primed to tell the right story to customers. We gave the technical specs enough narrative sizzle so that reviewers could easily evaluate the device with accuracy and excitement. When the product went out into the market, the Quest 3S story was consistent, clear, and human.
